Peer Counselor Program
The Peer Counselor Program is an extenstion of the WIC Program. This resource is free service for all certified pregnant and breastfeeding mothers that provides a peer-to-peer support for any breastfeeding questions or concerns.
WIC is Here to Help!
WIC Peer Counselors have special training in breastfeeding support and provide help and advice based on current research. They can help get you a good start with breastfeeding. Also, they can see you after clinic hours (even on weekends), and talk with you whenever you have questions and concerns.
