Request for Proposal

The purpose of these RFPs is to establish contracts to provide soy-based or milk-based contract brand infant formulas through infant formula manufacturers authorized by the New Mexico Department of Health, the Arkansas Department of Health and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in sufficient supply to service 100% of the WIC caseload; and remit to the Departments a rebate for each unit of the Contractor’s soy-based or milk-based contract brand infant formula.
