New Food Rule

Food submissions will be accepted in October and April of each year
1. Electronically submitted Excel spreadsheet of 12 digit UPC numbers, with food description, ingredients, unit of measure, and suggested retail price.
2. A PDF of the front and back label, including Nutrition Facts panel, submitted electronically.
3. All Foods must meet USDA standards as described in 7 CFR Part 246 of the Federal Register.
